“My mistake, I got the date wrong with my booking and it went into the next day. I use the airport parking a hell of a lot and instead of being understanding and it was obvious what I’d done when I got to the barrier I was charged £55 that was more than my actual booking and more than my flight. Where’s the Christmas spirit? What was meant to be an affordable cheap holiday ended badly with that charge. I’ve never made that mistake before and was penalised for getting it wrong. Think of how many people I’d of told if the member of staff had been a lot more understanding and let me through the barrier. I’ve done nothing but bad mouth since. Yet it could have been the opposite and a positive PR exercise for Edinburgh Parking. Never again. Really disappointing.”
