“I wasn’t issued a ticket when entering the carpark so when I came to exit I had to call for assistance when at the barrier. Person on the other side of the phone was quick to find my booking and I was able to exit the carpark quickly”
“Recently returned from Malta but had to extend my stay after departure from Edinburgh. Not able to modify booking online but, after finding a phone number and listening to a recorded message, eventually confirmed that I should buy a second period of parking and buzz the intercom at the barrier when leaving. All worked well, but it would be helpful to have information about this situation on the website, eg as a FAQ.”
