However last 2 occasions the barrier camera hasn’t read my reg plate correctly so upon exit my pre-booking isn’t recognised. Then follows a delay while pressing the “Assistance” button. The team are always polite but I usually have to scramble around to find my booking ref etc to convince them I really have pre-paid.
Frustrating - worth checking camera function to see what’s happening.”
“Am not happy with service I want to cancel my parking because of family issues we didn't travel and want My refund back I can't cancel on my booking details didn't get option for that. I call and email so many time didn't get answer or refund back”
