“Easy to find ,comfortable leaving my car ..only one issue...I changed my car after original booking was made ,went onto your site amended my new registration got a confirmation that all was good and accepted the new registration, on trying to leave the registration verification camera didn't recognise my car and wanted to charge me £175 to allow me to leave ..spoke to the chap on intercom and was eventually allowed to leave after explaining the situation...other than no hiccups whatsoever..thank you ..

“The arrival procedure all went to plan & there were plenty of parking spaces. However on our return it took over an hour to get out of the car park. The barriers were up so someone must have been aware there was a problem. However no one appeared & we had to sit in the car waiting for some movement. Far from satisfactory!!!”
“It took me 15 minutes of driving around to find a space. There were cars parked in the road within the car park, between the spaces as they must’ve run out at some point.”
“Walking through the long-stay car park with a trolley, means you have to do so on the road and not on a dedicated walkway - meaning you often have to avoid oncoming cars.
Signage directing you to the terminal isn't the best.
Lots of discared chewing gum, crisp packets, cigarette butts and the odd plastic bottle littering the route from long-stay parking to the terminal building. Sadly, just a classic exampe of present day Scotland.
Lots of cars double-parked on the roads in the long-stay parking area - and not parked in dedicated bays. Possibly just selfish drivers who can't be bothered expending some effort to find some vacant bays, and instead feel 'entitled' to just park where they wish.
Having just flown in from Barcelona Airport, where luggage trolleys are free of charge, it is disappointing to see that Edinburgh Airport charge for trolleys. Sadly, its all about the money - with the actual customer experience at Edinburgh coming way down on the list of priorities.”
