“Despite I booked my parking way in advance and prepaid for it, the camera at arrival didn't work and din't recognize my car registration, which i had to pull a ticket, on my checkout leaving the car park it did ask me for £235 which was not a good thing to see while I have done everything I should do., however I have called the customer service and it took about 10 min at the gate to get it sorted.”
“Easy to find a space further away from the airport, good size spaces. Queues after the exit barriers to leave the airport, mainly due to taxis at first roundabout.”
“Really convenient for the airport, but it took a quite a while to find a space. It may have been helpful to have either a screen or an attendant to direct drivers to available spaces.”
