“Very straightforward booking process and entry and exit smooth. Plenty spaces available when I went in too and only a short flat walk to terminal building”
“We booked the official long stay car park to use for 2 weeks whilst away on holiday. We have used the car park previously and had a good experience so decided to use again.
The price was reasonable, however we were disappointed when we arrived to park and there were no spaces, we drove around the whole car park looking for an available space but couldn't find one. We noticed many cars parked on double yellow lines on curbs. This made us feel quite anxious, after doing a few laps of the car park we luckily found someone who had just returned to their car so we're able to take their space.
Upon our return the barrier didn't recognise our ticket so we had to press the button to speak to someone. The person on the other end ask for our details and quickly verified our booking and lifted the barrier which was good.
Due to the experience with the lack of available spaces I will likely find an alternative car park next time as I don't want the stress and hassle of not being able to find a space to park.”
“We found a space easy enough and the car remained safe, although last year we stayed and despite booking our times correctly we were hit with a big charge at the barrier and had to get security to check our details and let us out. I spoke of this in the review and received a reply apologising… yet the exact same thing happened again, so doesn’t seem like it’s something they care to fix. Again we had to get security to let us out which was easy enough, but I do wonder how many people pay thinking they booked it wrong. Frustrating after a long flight.”
