“I prebooked my parking but when I arrived the whole car park was full with cars abandoned in places that were not really parking spaces. When I eventually found a space it was very small and I ended up scratching my car. So I was not very happy with my experience. Surely people who prebook should be sure of having a parking space when they arrive.”

Signage into the park is poor at best. You are warned that it's a good walk to the terminal but once parked there are no signs at all to direct you to the terminal. The path is a series of temporary plastic bollards.
Could be much better given the cost”
“A good service - until it comes to leaving. I had prepaid and when I tried to leave the machine said I owed £174. I had to call the operator to facilitate my exit. Why ?”
