“Difficult to find best route to terminal by foot.Need signs which can be seen above the many cars.Confusing for first time users trying to find the terminal through the mid Stay car park.
Keep you charges competitive with nearby car parks.I could have paid less with a shuttle bus thrown in.
Are you going to resurrect the shuttle bus it’s a long walk with two suitcases especially if it is raining.”
“The convenience of the location of the parking was somewhat reduced by not being able to find the pedestrian walkway to the terminal building at 04:30 on a very dark morning, requiring us to walk down a road without a pavement.
When we put our ticket into the machine it said that we would have to pay I think another £100, which was not what we needed at 03:00 in the morning. Your customer service person on the intercom was very helpful and friendly though!

“Very poor directions to navigate to the car pack which ended up incurring me an additional charge of £49.99. Would not recommend to park due to this. I’m due to fly out from Edinburgh again on the January 26th and will definitely not be using this car park.”
