“Basically fraudulent!
In paid extra for the ability to cancel. Turns out I needed to cancel. The email says I cannot phone or if I do it just goes through to the airport and they will not be able to help.
My email confirmation says I can cancel or manage my booking if I click this way, so I do and there is NO OPTION to cancel a booking anywhere. I asked 2 other people at my work and they couldn’t find anything either.
Is this just poorly designed customer experience or deception?”

“I use the long stay parking regularly and when the bus service ran it was very good
Since the bus was removed and the amateurish attempt at a walkway which has low visibility uneven ground conditions with serious holes, water flooding all making the access to the airport from the car park very hazardous
Does nobody care anymore!!”

Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them.
The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations.
Our team are aware that during adverse weather puddles can form within the walking route. We are currently looking into the most suitable solution to rectify the issue. Please accept our apologises for any inconvenience caused.

“Easy to book, eneter and leave.
Only concern was to not loose the ticket whilst we were away.
Also, maybe it was because it was dark on entering and existing but I didn't notice signs for the walk way (we did find it, obviously) nor did I notice signs for zones of the car park ... which meant we spent a short time trying to remember exactly where we parked ... again, we did find it
Would defo use again and recommend to others”
“The parking is easy to find and we'll organised with the exception of the walk to the airport. The path is poor, limited signage, lugging a trolley back in places its downright dangerous as I had to push it along parts of the road. That element spoils the whole service and offers a poor experience for passengers of what should be a true asset to Edinburgh and Scotland. Having travelled extensively I can think of no comparablely poor parking transit.”
