“All pretty good but it could seriously do with some modernisation in regards to a proper pathway to the terminal rather than the temporary plastic bollard things through the car park with clear signposting for getting to and from. Better simple exiting signage for leaving eg Edinburgh Dundee Glasgow if this was done it would be 10/10 & it should be as it is Scotlands capital city”
“Easy access, after booking all I have to do is drive up to the barrier, park my car and go to the terminal.
I have been using this parking for years and never had an issue.

“On a busy bank holiday weekend we were parked in a spot the furthest away from the dept terminal and there was no courtesy bus service available. Apparently, this service has been cancelled indefinitely. This is really appalling for the Capital City of Scotland Airport not to offer some assistance to passengers departing and arriving with their luggage.”

Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them.
The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations.
