“Recently used this parking facility for 4 day trip. Easy to find, easy to gain both entry and exit with automated barrier system. About 10 minutes walk to terminal.
Good value for money, would definitely use this again.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“We were "upgraded" to the long stay parking after the option we booked wasn't available. The "upgraded" facility has no active shuttle running but we advised at the point of booking that there was a walkway directly to the terminal. It wasn't clearly marked and we couldn't find it (we found it on the way back to the car) so we had to walk on airport roads in the dark.
If no shuttle buses are running, the walkways need to be more clearly marked.”

Our car parks are signposted by wayfinding, located in key traffic areas. I’m sorry to hear that you found our wayfinding to be unhelpful. “Good value for money when it all goes right. Gets pricey if you need to change by a couple of days. And it woudl make that so much more palatable (not that it ever is), that having now had to pay double, if you could just get your system to allow me to leave without having to call somebody at the gate. Feels a bit like gambling. Can't wait until we can bring this to health care. Then suddenly it will be unfair.”
