“I pre booked this service and was charged when leaving car park. I paid the £40 bc it was 1am in the morning, but I should not have been charged for this and I still have not heard back from anyone regarding this!!”
“The post code for the car park needs sorting!
It takes you straight to the drop off and then you have to go through the drop off carpark to get out and I had to pay £4.00 for the privilege.
It would be much easier to head for the Moxy Hotel where you can pick up the long stay car park signs at the round about”
