Speed bumps are too high, even crawling over them the underside of my car was rubbing on them.
Shuttle bus to & from terminal building would be very useful for those of us of a certain age whose legs aren't what they once were.”
“My arrival at the car park was delayed by approximately 20 mins due to resurfacing of the road leading up to Edinburgh Airport and the failure of the temporary traffic lights, this was beyond your control but after following signs and finding my pre-booked plane parking, it was cordoned off and closed, there was a small sign next to the cones advising any pre-booked customers had been upgraded to Terminal Parking, but not the exact car park. I parked in the nearest car park (long stay) An email advising me of this change would have been appreciated and would have saved me inconvenience and time, this totally was in your control!”

“I've parked here several times, but I ran into an issue on this particular occasion. I booked parking starting on the 18th, which happened to be the Saturday following the half-term break. When I got to the parking lot just before 6:00 am, nearly every space was full. We drove around the lot for nearly 20 minutes before finally finding a space. Cars were parked all over the place, including on the curbs and blocking off several areas. It got me wondering what would happen if the lot did happen to be full. If I needed to park in the mid-stay lot or the parking garage, what would happen?”

“Parking was not particularly well-managed with loads of vehicles "dumped" in thoroughfares and blocking footpaths; surely, it would be possible to signpost drivers towards free spaces and enforce responsible parking?”
