“Booked in for a week. Was hard to find a space when we arrived eventually found space then had to walk with cases to terminal no shuttle bus now. When we arrived back all other spaces around car were cordoned off so had to manoeuvre car to get out and no staff there at all. Used this car park a few times but think would look elsewhere in future”

Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them.
The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations.
We are actively working on a project that will improve the long stay walking route, we understand that the walking route requires improvement, and we appreciate your patience with us during this time

“Very small spaces and although I pre booked and pre paid, I was still asked to pay when leaving so had to sort that out when leaving. The spaces to get your car out of the barrier when you are leaving are too small.”

I can confirm our car parking spaces are the same size as spaces in a car park at a shopping mall or supermarket.

“I prefer on airport parking, the car park is well situated a short walk away from the terminal. My car was fine when I returned after a week away. Negatives, not well signposted path from car park to terminal if parked at the far end of the car park, in the dark especially it was difficult to navigate until I was nearer the end of the car park. Cost, quite high for the facility, but weighs up with peace of mind.”
“Only downside was , when leaving the car park in the early morning hours , my ticket would not read at the exit barrier, but the intercom chap helped me .”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

We are aware that customers are leaving their vehicles out with the designated parking bays and we are working with the relevant teams to monitor this. Its disappointing to see that some customers are causing obstructions for other customers, if customers are finding it difficult to find a space we will always provide alternative parking option if they ring the barrier.

“On entering Eastfield Road there are a number of other companies offering long stay parking so that caused me a bit of confusion, especially since one was NCP. Apart from this entry and exit went very smoothly.
