“Very easy & efficient service. Can recommend. The walk from the car park to the terminal could be a challenge in the cold or the wet if you were elderly or had small children though.”
“An inexpensive and satisfactory way to park your car at Edinburgh Airport while on holiday.
However, we encountered two issues. Firstly, the automatic number plate recognition did not work - again. Secondly, better lighting of the walking route to the terminal building would be helpful at night.”
“Surface rough so use of luggage trolley difficult . Lack of clearly signposted routes to check in and no clearly designated footpaths .
However , area seemed secure and well lit .”

“Long stay parking was fairly easy to find and access. Bit harder trying to find exit to leave.
Put in ticket to leave and it said I owed £119.
My parking was already pre paid. Had to press help button and speak to somebody to get issue fixed. Expected number plate in conjunction with putting in ticket would just open barrier!!”

When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“We arrived back late with cases. Had chosen the long stay car park knowing it was the short walk to and from the terminal, but did not anticipate the poor signage between the Terminal and this car park. Got lost and ended up wrong side of the tram line and in the Rental car centre. Had to walk along a road with no pavement in the dark to find our car. It's a bit messy walking this route in the first place between red and white Barriers that look temporary. Less of an issue walking to the terminal, but horrible leaving the terminal. Strongly suggest this should be improved.”
