“If I’ve booked a parking space, I expect a parking space! It’s become a lottery, in May I spent 25 minutes trying to find a space as I don’t want to abandon the car on double yellow lines. It would help if staff weren’t using it as their a car park which appears to be the case.”
“On my return from holiday my car was fine after a week in the long stay carpark, what wasn’t good was the fact there was no shuttle bus running when I arrived and more so on my return at 4am!!! the fact I wasn’t notified of no buses running means you failed to provide the service I paid for, I won’t use the LS carpark again unless this shuttle bus is restored”
Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them.
The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations.

“Price was ok. Signage could be improved, especially when returning to car park from terminal. As far as I could see there was only one sign at the building exit ( near the tram station), which I initially missed because it is a small size and obscured. Not easy to spot in the dark.”
