“I have used this car park many times as I don’t mind the walk to the airport even in the rain). This time, however the walking route was so flooded, it was like being on an assault course trying to avoid walking through the water. I had to stand on a raised path which was blocked by a fence, swing my case up and around to get it on the pavement on the other side, then hold onto the fence to bring myself around to the same side my case was now on. All while trying to hold an umbrella over me. The only other option was to walk through a 6 inch puddle. Please do something about the walking route, taking into account we live in Scotland, a very wet country!”

“prepaid online but on arrival the barrier did not open so had to take a ticket.
on return when inserting the ticket, the barrier did not raise and screen said pay £170
on pressing help/call button the attendant said its because ai took a ticket on entry????
i had no way of getting in otherwise. this needs sorted as no one needs that stress after a long delayed flight”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Very spacious parking with clearly marked bays. The ANPR barriers are an added convenience. However, there being no options to extend an existing booking while it is in use, is an issue. I had to make a new booking starting at the end of the previous one, to keep it continued. This should be looked into, and there should be an option to extend an ongoing stay online in the manage my booking site.”
“Easy to find and park, but coming out when I put the ticket in it said to pay £50 which was a shock, as was only 45 minutes over the time as flight was delayed 3 hours, but I knew you got 6 hours grace, pressed the intercom and was thankfully resolved”

“Used the long stay for a 2 night - 3 day trip. Good value but no bus service and large area undergoing works. Would book again though regardless as walking distance not unreasonable.”
