“Simple enough to use as I booked in advance, but current roadworks and layout isn't ideal. However does what it says. The other gripe I would have is more signage for walking directions and gates through medium stay need highlighted better. This isn't fully clear when parking far side of the car park.”

A few months back I wrote a bad review.
I’d like to write a good one now - unfortunately I lost my car keys so I couldn’t get into my car to get out the car park and drive home which is 2h away from Edinburgh. After explaining my situation I was given 24h free of charge to remove my car from the car park. This was a lovely gesture on such a stressful day. Thank you so much.”
“Convenient location with 10 minute walk to terminal. Car park always seems be undergoing work with changing barriers and signage/ pathway to terminal is not clearly signposted. Good space allocation unlike the NCP which arent big enough for todays vehicles”
“Frequent user of long stay parking. Would definitely recommend for people with reasonable mobility. Quite quick to terminal. Hopefully with the current development some EV chargers are put in.”
