“Car park was easy to find just followed the directions given. Easy acces to the long stay car park. No problems when returning from my trip either. The car park is only a short walk to the departures and check in at the airport, saves all the hassle waiting for a bus to pick you up. The price was cheap compared to a lot of places.”
“So firstly, but for one thing, this would be a 5 star review, but there are real issues with works you're undertaking and how it impacts available space.
When my partner and I arrived, there were NO spaces available in Long Stay. We resorted to moving some of the dumped metal hoardings which were taking up two free spaces.
It's not a fair expectation to drive around for 10 minutes with other car park hopefuls and finally have to take matters into your own hands.
Don't sell spaces you don't have.”

Upon another unsatifactory return, I have thought about writing a review for a while so here goes.
I and my company have now been using the services at Edinburgh airport on a weekly basis for almost 6/7 years now - Which means i have become quite aquented with the workings off the place over time - I feel the customer service thoughtout the whole airport is becoming increasing poorer by the visit, starting off at the carpark.
Since you have started re-works here - Which is hasn't been advertised, signage has been extremely poor, the barriers are always all over the place so you have no one checking this. The website is in need off updating, i have been caught out by the trick whereby it changes dates on its own acccord a few times over the course off the last year. What i would realy like to know is, i have been parking the long stay car park for years, and i am yet to be met with the same cost for this yet- can you explain to me how this is - given every other aiport i park in has a set rate - and if you are a long serving company/person - You can get a yearly/Q pass {This avenue would be bencifical for you to offer} at a discounted rate.
I also cannot sign in to my account online on the website which is frustating, where i have a discount code but cannot use......
The icing on the cake was last week being charged an additonal fee to leave the carpark when Edinburgh airport were understaffed {as per usual it seems} which resulted in us waiting over an hour to get off the plane.
Can you please review the above & advise if there is anything you can assist with - I understand this might come acorss as a rant, but if there were another service available, I would probably lean to that - Which would be a shame.

I left my car window open when I was away and the staff put a plastic covering over the window to protect from rain.
