“I pre-paid but the barrier did not open when I left and there were 2 cars behind me so I was trapped. Your machine claimed I owed you £235!! It was midnight and dark and ai was tired. I did press a button and a guy did open the barrier after I told him my Reg No. However, he was not in the least polite to me and totally unapologetic. NOT a happy experience, I'm afraid.
