“I've used this car park numerous times and on every occasion the exit barrier fails to recognise my number plate and therefore wants to charge me a ridiculous amount. This time the machine wanted me to pay £900. The attendant made me feel like I was guilty and gave no apology or explanation when it was clear that I had prepaid. The barrier was simply lifted.”
“Super easy to use, nice short walk, 10mins if you got a light carry on, longer if you hauling - not covered though - exit easy as driving away. Lots of sign posts so you can easily give your car a grid number to get back to later.”

“Straightforward booking process and had discount code. Access to car park involved taking ticket. Very busy car park with a little difficulty finding a space so took more time to leave car and then longer walk. Neither card or number plate recognition worked to let us out of the car park on return (flight on time, no issue there). Quick response to intercom and they let us out after checking some details. Overall was fine, just not the smoothest experience, especially compared with previous.”
