We were only picking a friend up we would barely have been in the car park for 45 mins at a cost of £19.99! I also noticed the sign saying refundable. I believe I'm entitled to a £5 refund?”

“Arrival fine but chaos on the way out . Barriers couldn’t cope with volume of traffic and eventually they gave up . Everyone in the very long queue had to drive through without putting their ticket in the machine . Hopefully not a common problem . It’s never happened before”
