“Easy to find and park. The barrier wouldn’t take my ticket. And was asking for £265 payment. However, the guy on the other end of the intercom was fantastic and sorted it out quickly.”
“Despite booking and paying in advance, after inserting ticket on exit at correct time at barrier, screen message advised we should pay £265! No instructions at barrier for help (reported this already last month). Did eventually get through to someone, reason for error was never explained. Customer service support at this car park is very poor.”
“Excellent car park and around 10 mins walk to the terminal. Well worth the money.
It's a big carpark so I recommend taking a pic of your car with something noticeable in the background.”

Next time I'll try for a space nearer pedestrian exit.

“Every time we have booked the long stay car park we have never got out with our ticket.The machine always tells us we have an outstanding balance,so we always have to press button to speak to someone which is frustrating.Not sure if we are doing something wrong or not.”
