“I am disappointed and offended by the fact that due to a canceled flight the next day through no fault of my own, I was financially charged for one day as much as 55£! The attempt to contact me ended with them forcing me to pay and sending me to the airline to refund the amount, but I have neither payment confirmation nor knowledge of how to do it! And I was also in a low financial situation! No. Fly EZY3285 delay for next day at 15.00 from Antalya- Edinburgh. Disgusting treatment of people, they had so many problems and spent so many hours at the airport in stress. I am demanding a financial refund in the amount was charged to me of £55.”

As per our terms and conditions if you do overstay your booking outside of the 6 hour grace period then you will be subject to an overstay fee which is charged at the non-booked rate for the car park that you are in. This is outlined in our terms and conditions and in the FAQs section of our website.

“Parking your vehicle should not be an overly exiting endeavour to write reviews about but for us entering a parking at UK airports invariable requires operator assistance to open the barrier. For some reason the ANPR intelligence fails to recognise foreign license plates for what should be a simple match of a license plate with a reservation. At EDI the response after pressing the help button was prompt on both entry and exit and the parking lot itself was spacious and easy enough to use. Fortunately, the reservation confirmation mail included a detailed route description as on the way there we noticed, somewhat misleadingly, earlier road signs indicating Long Stay Parking not relevant to where we needed to go. So, good enough experience with room for improvement.”
“Easy to find needs more lighting on the walkway to the terminal & maybe light up the signs so are more visible in the dark also price needs lowering as no bus to terminal doesn't justify the price as customers are having to drag their suitcases to the terminal”
