“The car park itself is fine. The main problem is that the exit barrier never recognises that the car had been booked in and paid for in advance. Therefore, it tries to charge a large amount of money. The attendant at the other end of the intercom is always friendly and opens the barrier within a couple of minutes. However this has happened every single time I've used the long stay and the mid stay car park over the past 2 years - about 10 times.”
Thank you for your review. As per our terms and conditions if you do overstay your booking outside of the 6 hour grace period then you will be subject to an overstay fee which is charged at the non-booked rate. This is outlined in our terms and conditions and in the FAQs section of our website.
