“Generally the test was very informative and to the point. However, the 'auto voice' translation made it difficult to understand certain sentences from time to time. Please also note that when the course prompted to 'press the buttons to see examples' - the buttons did not work or were not even there to press. Finally can I suggest there is an option to review the course once completed (for a refresh) or provide a PDF downloadable summary of the course information. If these options are already available, please can you let me know how I can access them. Thank you.”

“One of our engineers @Ryan completed the course on the 16th, i paid for another course today the 18th and put in our other engineers name Liam Cannon, he completed the course and the certificate still says Ryan Gorman,”

“Excellent value for money, although certificate has not came through to my email yet, not sure if it takes a while, still waiting for it to come to email.”

“The course has reinforced my understanding of the necessity of electrical safety risk assessments, and the actions needed to ensure the continuation of that safety. Technically, I was unable to access the 'buttons' on one page in order to view typical testing frequencies, although I appreciate the responsibility for this lies with an employer, and is determined to a great degree on the risks associated with any appliance.”
