“Sections of the video course fail to play - for example Module 1 where it says you can review the types of Class 1 Appliances, Class 2 Appliances and finally Class 3 Appliances, it jumps past Class 1 and goes on to Class 2. I tried several ways to go back and get it to play the Class 1 section but was unable to do so. Similarly later on in the course after Risk Assessments it invited you to click for examples but would not play them. Also, while I understand that the vocal commentary is AI generated from the text, the American accent is sometimes difficult to follow. Dissapointing!”
