“I purchased a blood pathogen course ,was sent food hygiene despite my order showing blood pathogen. Contacted them they told me the reversed payment. No payment reversedand are now ignoring my emails”

Hi Donna, apologies for this. A refund has been sent. The original issue was 'Group Purchase' being selected. This makes the course available to email to others. As opposed to being available to the purchaser. Regards, echo3 team
