“The course wasn’t too bad but after completing it and getting 15/15 questions correct then submitting my score to get the certificate nothing happened…I ended up having to answer the quiz questions 3 times before actually getting a certificate which was quite frankly a waste of my time”

“2 or 3 videos stop early. One video the audio hasn't been edited. The reader makes a mistake in one word then starts reading the slide again from the start.”

“It was VERY difficult to get started. A lot of confusion with username, email address, password etc. At one point I was told I had already registered with ‘that’ email address. Even paying wasn’t straightforward. After several attempts over two days I managed to access the course. However I missed the first part and couldn’t get back to it. After that the course itself was quite straightforward. I passed the course and saw my certificate on screen . Had to go through the signing in process again at a later time to print it. I am NOT computer illiterate but found this quite frustrating.”
