“Lovely sunscreen and it works! I do like the mineral version as well but this one sinks into my skin easily, it is not as thick as the mineral spf. Quicker to use.”
“I like the way this does not break me out and the niacinamide seems to help clear my skin, but the texture is a bit tricky. In summer it’s super slick and won’t sink in (need powder over my entire face just to apply foundation) and in winter it’s better and sinks in, but it can actually feel quite matte and ‘flat’ and I feel like I need a glowy base to help. Obviously there is a bit of a white cast- I’m pale so I don’t mind but for others it would be impossible. I honestly do like it and will use till I’m done, but I will switch to the gossamer which has a better texture. I really like that the dosage is indicated clearly. I love the peace of mind knowing I’m protected, that’s basically why I keep using it. (Side note I feel the dosage for this vs the gossamer sunscreen is a lot more?? I feels like a heap of more product). Also the product runs out in like 10 days lol if you’re using the right amount. It should be in a bigger size, for this price as well. I feel like I’m ordering sunscreen 24/7”
“This is my go-to SPF as I know it give me full coverage and protection from premature skin ageing. However, since the bottle/pump changed recently, I feel the formula/consistency has changed too, it definitely feels different now. Cardboard packaging is also OTT - huge boxes for one bottle seems a waste. But overall happy with the product.”
“For the last ten years I have worn a heavy amount of SPF50 on my face usually a slightly tinted one, through trial and error. I have been following Dr Sam on Instagram for a while and really rate her knowledge, my face is irritable and menopausal dry at this stage of my life, so I tried to buy her tint 2 SPF50 but it was out of stock for a while and I needed to have something on my shelf quickly so I ordered the flawless daily SPF50. At first I struggled with the white cast (which I have to say isn’t as bad as some brands I’ve tried) because my face is of an olive complexion it takes a little longer to sink in, so for me it’s not a product you can apply and leave the house in a rush. I am a few days on with it now and I am understanding it better and growing to respect it. I would buy it again it makes me feel safe and protected.”
