“If you don’t love your SPF you won’t use it everyday. I have normal skin which occasionally turns dry or oily. This SPF sits nicely under make up (I do to wait 10mins or so between skincare and makeup to let it settle) and is perfect for everyday use. This unscented SPF is a great texture and base product. I’m on my third bottle already which is impressive as I’ve never managed to finish a face SPF before as makeup has never sat this well on top of one before.”
“This is an elegant, unscented sunscreen that is extremely easy to blend and doesn’t leave a noticeable cast on my very light skin. With one caveat, it serves as a wonderful base for makeup in cooler, less humid seasons It may be that my situation isn’t one for which this sunscreen was blended: in the summer, my skin is extremely oily and I live in a rain forest in eastern Tennessee, which is humid and steamy in the warmer months. As a consequence, the sunscreen takes a very long time to “dry” or absorb and, unless I top it with a tinted mineral sunscreen, it remains tacky to the touch, which causes liquid foundation to slip very badly. I have had some success using just a light dusting of powder, then adding blush, completely omitting foundation. On the other hand, I’ve had no success using blush, liquid or powder, without something else. Certainly one complication is that I have found that if I use the three pumps for my face, as recommended, the problems I’ve described are exacerbated. I will happily return to this sunscreen once the temps and humidity drop because it’s comfortable and provides excellent protection. Sadly, it doesn’t work well for me in the heat and humidity.”
