“This is such a wonderful sunscreen to put on top of my moisturiser. I love the texture and it’s gentleness protecting my face which sinks into my skin within minutes. “I have a reaction to almost all sunscreens, particularly chemical screens, and I am super excited to say that I have had absolutely no trouble with this product! I love the look and feel of this SPF, and the fact that it has high, broad spectrum sun protection is a bonus. “I prefer to use mineral sunscreen because I have sensitive skin and this is one of a few sunscreens that do not sting my eyes or make my nose run! It does not feel too heavy on my skin but it does not really “dry down” properly so my face looks shiny/greasy for a couple of hours (probably when it’s dried it is time to reapply). This is using 2 pumps - I only apply the recommended 3 pumps when I am not planning on meeting up with people I don’t know because of the shine. I find that I do not need to wear moisturiser with it and the white cast is not noticeable on my pale skin. I like the ingredients and am happy to repurchase. It’s probably the best mineral sunscreen I’ve tried so far but I’m still searching for the perfect one.”
“Dr Sam’s sunscreen was the product that convinced me to use sunscreen every day, so full marks for that! My skin is combination, so this sunscreen is hit and miss for me depending on the season. It can leave a noticeable film on my skin and make me more shiny than the promised dewy glow. It’s moisturising enough for me in the autumn/spring that I can get by with Superdrug’s moisture serum and this, which is great! I was recommended by the team to start with two pumps and work my way up to three, so come autumn I’ll buy my second bottle and give it a try.”
