“Maybe it's my skin-type, but despite careful and minimal skincare layering, Dr Sam's SPF balls up horribly on me. When I lightly try to flick off some pilled product, the roll-and-flake-fest begins. I use the 13-dot method, spread rather than rub, and have even tried varying the amount I use – all to no improvement. And if I do any exercise – whoah boy. I wanted to love it, and am sure that it protects fabulously, but it's sadly unwearable for me. The tiniest amount of friction and my face is fleck-city.”

“I have a dry, sensitive skin prone to dehydration and redness. This is my absolutely favourite sunscreen, the ingredients are so beautiful plus because it has niacinamide in it, which is one of my all time favourite ingredients. It can feel a bit rich and thick sometimes (perfect for winter though) but the way I apply it, is I do 1,5 pump, rub in, and in about 10 mins I do another layer. This gives me the perfect base for foundation if I want to wear one. Sometimes, when applying a second layer, I add a drop of a liquid bronzer (I use DE), blends in perfectly and adds a beautiful glow and warmth, and usually I skin a foundation his way :) thank you Dr Sam for this product and I hope in a future we will get a 'light' sunscreen too, for those warm summer days :)”
“I really like the ingredients in this sunscreen and it does have a nice texure. There is only the slightest whitecast on my skin and it doesn't break me out. My problem is, that I just can't make the 3 pumps work. My skin can simply not absorb it. I even tried doing one pump at a time with 10 min in between, but that didn't work either. Maybe it will work for me when it gets colder outside.”
