“This is a great absorbing sunscreen. it is heavy though, and for protection you need three pumps, which means you could spend ages layering it on, waiting for it to absorb etc, before make up. It makes great base, but i do find three pumps just a bit too heavy,. if it was lighter, then no problem. But i will still buy it and use it, because my skill feels fab and actually i just use less make up as result.”
“I absolutely love this product as it really does what it says when it comes to hugging acne and nourishing the skin. Unfortunately for me the claims that it gives a primer like finish isn’t exactly right for me.. As a man with a beard I find a lot of this product gets stuck in inbetween hairs and I’ve had ALOT of comments saying I’m very pale when I wear this. Great if you don’t have a beard and have a bronzer on hand!”

“I have mixed feeling regarding this SPF... I really wanted to like it because I’ve loved all Sam Bunting’s products I’ve tried and the ingredient list seemed promising.
Unfortunately, I just cannot use the recommended 3 pumps. I end up with a not flattering shiny layer on my face, even when I apply one pump after the other.
I can only use one pump with no moisturizer beforehand, otherwise, it’s as if the spf remained on top of my skin without penetrating.
On the other hand, it’s contributed to improve my skin, probably thanks to the niacinamide but I don’t like that I cannot have full protection with it.
I really wish a lighter version was formulated because this spf seemed very promising.”
“Personally I love the texture and find that it leaves a lovely glow but given the amount of sun screen you have to use for it to be effective, I couldn’t possibly use this on my dark South Asian skin. I’d love to see a tinted version that caters to non-Caucasian women, because there are plenty of us out there! I would definitely recommend this product for pale-skinned friends!”
