“I have been using this nearly six months so thought this review might be helpful for those wondering about the longer-term effects and the differences it’s made to my skin.
I’ve suffered from acne most of my life and while I had finally got it under control through my diet, my skin would still unpredictably break out occasionally. But since using Nightly Serum, I now rarely get a spot. My hyperpigmentation, which was pretty bad, has also almost gone (I also use azelaic acid in the morning). I will still get a brown mark if I do get a spot, despite being a vigilant sunscreen user, but this fades much quicker since using this serum.
Six months since starting, I am starting to get some dryness now. This is partly due to not moisturising beforehand. I seemed to have got away with not doing this for the first six months due to my excessively oily skin, but now my skin is less oily I’m now having to protect my drier areas such as the eyes, and around the mouth and chin. I’m just accepting that this is part of the retinoid journey and my skin will adapt in time.
But this serum has truly improved the tone and texture of my skin and kept it clearer than it’s ever been.”
