“I suddenly started suffering from cystic acne around my chin and jawline about 6 months ago. I have always had a healthy diet, and simple skincare routine but just nothing seemed to help with these sudden and painful breakouts.
I was hesitant about starting retinol because of the ‘purging phase’, but my acne had gotten so bad I decided to go for it.

“I've been trying to use this serum from January until a week ago, but without any luck. I always got red, I damaged my skin barrier even though I only used it once a week, even every two weeks, hoping I didn't waste my money on it.
