“I am very impressed with this product. My skin texture improved quickly and after some initial purging, my outbreaks have stopped and my skin is honestly the clearest and softest it has ever been. “Very disappointed in this product. Although the advertising says it is odourless, to me it has a strong smell of Deep Heat or muscle rub which I can smell in the evening when I apply the product and in the morning when I wake up. This is very unpleasant. In addition, the product caused a mild burning sensation around the eye area and my skin feels dry and tight after use. Been using for a couple of weeks and not seen any noticeable benefits. Think I will be returning to my previous product.”

“I love this serum, but the packaging is frustrating, and therefore I will stop buying it.
The first bottle dispensed inconsistent amounts of serum, and after a few weeks, it stopped dispensing. Thinking I finished the bottle, I bought another one. I always try to use the last of the product, so I wanted to open the first bottle to see if there is some serum left. Good luck doing that, I had to use a knife to cut through the packaging! Imagine my surprise when I saw that there is still plenty of serum left. This leftover serum seems to be more gritty (I suspect azelaic acid?) and maybe the contact with air affected the formula.
My second bottle has the same packaging problem as the first one - pump dispenses inconsistent amounts.
I might return to this serum once they sort out the packaging - I don't care about having a pump (it's easy to gauge a pea-sized amount), but I want to be able to use up all of the product, see easily how much is left and most importantly, recycle it with ease.”
