“Ordered a couple of times, but then tried different brand of products soon going back as nothing else seems to control my redness prone skin. Goes on lovely,sinks in no irritation and I do have sensitive skin. So much easier having all actives in one serum.”
“I recently finished a different retinol product and finally was able to start the Nightly Serum I ordered to replace it. In the past I used the Brightly Serum and enjoyed it and was expecting the same with the Nightly Serum. This was not the case - the first time I used it, the texture had some grit in it. I thought it might have been dried product in the pump. I’ve used it about 2 weeks now, and there are gritty particles every single time I’ve used it. I will likely not finish this as I don’t care for the feeling of rubbing “sand” into my skin.”

“So far I really like, however in my first order I had some issues with the bottle working and come to find out after dismantle the pump there were hardened chunks of product blocking the pump. Customer service said this could happen and I needed to heat the contents to make it combine again. I don’t think I should have to do that, for the cost. I like this serum and I think it has helped with fine lines and making me look more youthful, but I’m not impressed that my one bottle separated and I was supposed to be the remedy instead of them sending me a new one.”
