“The serum is excellent. My dry and sometimes sensitive skin tolerates it well. My skin definitely looks better when I use it. One star off because of the packaging. The pump occasionally stops pumping out the serum, making it appear as if the bottle is empty, but after a lot of vigorous shaking it starts working again and there's plenty there. If they could use recyclable packaging and fix the occasional issue with the pump, I would give it five stars. I've noticed my most recent bottle of Brightly has a different bottle and pump which seems much better so I am hopeful this will eventually be used for the Nightly as well.”
“This is my first time using a retinol and I was surprised not only by how clear and bright it made my skin look but also how little irritation there was. In the first few weeks my skin occasionally felt dry towards the end of the day but nothing unbearable.
