There needs to be stronger marketing around just HOW intense this product is. I do not and have never suffered with sensitive skin yet in just three uses of this product, my skin was lizard-textured, spotty, red, coarse, and generally just looked like I had had a huge allergic reaction. I stopped using it immediately and after a week or so of very gentle skincare, my skin is almost back to normal. The Dr Sam team were very helpful when I was sharing my troubles, but I do wish this had been more carefully marketed as it most certainly is not mild! Perhaps if used under doctor's advice it would be safe, but I really would not recommend anyone use this.”

“The product took a while to get used to and I still put a barrier on my skin before applying this serum but I’ve noticed little red marks disappear so much more quickly. My skin texture is lovely and blemishes fewer and more controllable. Love it!”
