The %age of retinoate is below 1% and not 2% as stated in their press release, since it appears in the ingredient list after phenoxyethanol, which has a max allowed concentration of 1%. So you're looking at 1% Bakuchiol and 0.5% Granactive Retinoids, which is very little considering HPR is already 10 times less potent than actual retinol.”
