Been using the nightly serum for a week now and my skin is glowing. Have got so many compliments on how amazing my skin looks. Will be buying again! Highly recommend this - no reaction at all unlike other retinols.

I'm in my mid-50s, and have been using Dr Sam's cleanser and moisturiser for a few months now, and have been really pleased with the results (see separate reviews) but retinoids is something that I felt had to be approached with caution. However, I needn't have worried. I followed the instructions, and for the first fortnight I used half a measured pump on alternate evenings. I waited for there to be a flair up (I have sensitive skin, and have been prone to rosacea for over 10 years). But nothing, no tingling, no redness, no irritation. So after 2 weeks I upped the application to every night (still half a pump) then finally after a week I moved onto full pump every night. My skin now looks more 'vibrant' rather like it does after a relaxing holiday. It's probably too soon to comment upon reducing laughter lines, but the clearer, glowing skin is apparent after a month, which is good enough for me! I have sensitive, rosacea-prone skin, and was concerned that Nightly would 'interfere' with my treatment (metronidazole gel to manage breakouts) but it hasn't. The instructions state that a moisturiser without Actives should be used, but in the absense of a 'Active-lite' product I have limited use of Dr Sam's moisturiser to around the eyes, neck and a very small application to the cheek area (where I used to be prone to dry patches). It is easy to use, and absorbs really quickly.

This is my latest edition from Dr. Sam's wonderful products, and just like the cleanser and moisturizer, it blew my mind! I started using it a few weeks ago and I can clearly see what Dr. Sam meant about a grown-up glow! I can't recommend this product enough. My post-acne pigmentation has dramatically lightened. The best part is that it is gentle and did not irritate my skin at all. I started out layering it on top of my moisturizer just to be safe and then started applying it directly to my skin and topping it off with a moisturizer. Beautiful texture, beautiful results, just an all around amazing product!

I was really excited to find out this might change my skin. It has made it the worst it’s been in years. There are no instructions to help with this and no support. I would not recommend this at all.

Slow and steady wins the race with this serum, but my gosh it’s worth the wait. Large pores and blemish prone oily skin run in my family but, instead of a face full of freckles like my mum, I’m very fair so every lump and bump is visible. I’ve tried many concoctions, cloths, scrubs and expensive creams/treatments over the years but I can’t use them all over my face after developing rosacea on my cheeks in my thirties. Most things aggravate the redness and cause itchiness - but not this serum when applied correctly. I’m eternally grateful Dr. Sam!

I have suffered with difficult skin for many years, oily nose and chin, cystic acne etc. I have taken just about every antibiotic and topical cream offered by the Doctors, but with poor results, that either only deliver in the short-term or not at all. These products often leave your skin very dry, and needing more moisturiser than ever, which only exasperates the situation more... I decided to try coming off medications, both tablets and topical, but new from pervious attempts that this would mean several months of terrible skin. Then a likelihood of returning to antibiotics. This time I researched for a product that could replace my regime and hopefully make the transition go smoother. Hence Dr Sam's. It was priced sufficiently, that I could risk giving it a go. I usually use Clinique products. But I needed something much more targeted. I purchased the cleanser and the night cream. I have found the products to be easy to use, the You Tube videos are helpful for further instruction, as are the bottles themselves. I have started slowly with the night cream, to build up tolerance. So far, I have found the results to be really impressive. My skins has brightened, some small scars have become less obvious, I have tolerated the products well, and I have not had the usual breakouts from coming off medications. I think if you have had problem skin, and are looking for products that are well researched and contain good active ingredients that are actually likely to do something, with a really straightforward skin care regime, this has got to be your best bet. It is well priced, and there is no need to layer multiple products and wait huge amounts of time in between. Making things simple in a time-tight world. My advice would be - to give it a go...

Just finished my first pump pack of this terrific serum. I had recently started trying retinoids but like many others getting confused. This serum is the answer. I now use a full pump every evening and as I generally keep the rest of my skincare simple, I can see healthy, plump skin that I am wearing less and less makeup on. Just sunscreen of course. Give it a go.

I have recently started using the nightly serum which is lovely. As I have a mature sensitive skin around my nose I started off with caution. Love it. Would recommend
