They lie about the quantity of HPR: https://www.getthegloss.com/news/dr-sam-bunting-s-flawless-nightly-serum-with-retinol-niacinamide-azeleic-acid-and-bakuchiol-review The %age of retinoate is below 1% and not 2% as stated in their press release, since it appears in the ingredient list after phenoxyethanol, which has a max allowed concentration of 1%. So you're looking at 1% Bakuchiol and 0.5% Granactive Retinoids, which is very little considering HPR is already 10 times less potent than actual retinol.

Have struggled with my skin in recent years due to the menopause. This is the best thing I have ever used. It’s cleared up my acne and repaired lines. My skin looks years younger.

I’ve been using this for about a month now and am starting to see results! The redness on my cheeks and chin is less noticeable, my breakouts are less frequent and go away quicker and my skin texture is starting to improve as well. Give it a try - start slow and work your way up!

Have been using the nightly serum for 6 weeks and can now see improvements. Some fine lines have disappeared, deeper ones are less obvious. Facial thread veins by my nose are less noticeable. The red patch down the centre of my face has all but gone. Overall the skin appears hydrated, alive & healthy. Very, very delighted with the results and nightly serum is now an essential & vital part of my new skincare regime.

I absolutely adore this serum. For the past few years, I've been using prescription azelaic acid every night. Recently my GP advised me that I should reduce the frequency and eventually move to ovc strengths. I was so happy to find out dr. Sam decided to use azelaic in her formula. Plus the rest of the good stuff. So now I use the Nightly serum every night and I top it with azelaic in few areas on my face where I have very visible hyperpigmentation. After a few minutes I use plain moisturiser and I'm done. Easy and simple, yet effective.

I was a bit slow to try this but it really suits my skin. Been using for about three weeks and the crucial thing is that I trust it - and that has improved my skin confidence enormously! It really does smooth, unblock pores and seems to calm all at the same time
