As my face is not used to retinoids, I can only handle half a pump 3 times a week but that seems to be a sweetspot for now. I do love the consistency and how it applies (both face and neck) and my hyper sensitive skin seems to tolerate it as long as I don't over do it. “I have been using this for about 5 weeks now. I quit hormonal birth control a while back and last time I did I developed horrible cystic acne. I decided to start using this serum before quitting again in hopes of preventing cystic acne. So far I've had some purging but I haven't even been using it for more than 5 weeks. The type of pimples I had from the purging are nothing compared to the acne I've had before. I notice some areas are done purging and it looks nice and smooth.
