“I am using my 2nd bottle of Flawless serum. I loved the first one. This one has large grains and feels like an exfoliator I contacted Customer Support who answered immediately asking for a photo and the product code. They asked me to shake it before use, although it’s a thick texture so doesn’t feel like it’s mixing and suggested it might be faulty. Not heard anything back since I sent the photo and product code so I’ve stopped using at the moment. I really like Dr Sams videos and find the other products work really well on my sensitive/rosace prone skin”
“I really wanted to love this but it burned upon application and I just couldn’t use it. Everything about the formula is lovely, but I guess the 10% niacinamide is too much for me. Giving it 4 stars because there’s nothing wrong about the product, just my personal skin biology.”

My skin says thanks very much! Texture of my skin has improved with fine lines reducing. I wake every morning with my skin still feeling moisturised and smooth. I can definitely recommend it.”
