“I’ve tried many skincare products and mostly haven’t noticed a great deal of difference. With this serum I started to notice a difference after the second or third application which is a first for me. I usually react to Retinols but I haven’t had any adverse reaction to this. I was very quickly using every night with no issues. The retinol percentage is low but the formula seems to be excellent. Very excited to see the longer term effects.”

“I am using my 2nd bottle of Flawless serum. I loved the first one. This one has large grains and feels like an exfoliator I contacted Customer Support who answered immediately asking for a photo and the product code. They asked me to shake it before use, although it’s a thick texture so doesn’t feel like it’s mixing and suggested it might be faulty. Not heard anything back since I sent the photo and product code so I’ve stopped using at the moment. I really like Dr Sams videos and find the other products work really well on my sensitive/rosace prone skin”
