“It changes texture and starts pilling the second I move my fingers over the serum on my skin. I cannot make my skin absorb it. Apart from that, it also feels like there are little grains of sand in the serum. I've been in touch with customer service who told me that it's probably the azeliac acid that has crystalised. I've followed all of their instuctions, but kept having the same problems. So I got a new one, but it was just the same. Because of the extreme pilling I haven't been able to use any other products on top of it - they just pilled off as well because the serum created a bad base layer. So it was absolutely useless to me and ended up in the bin, unfortunately. I'm very sorry about it as I had really been looking forward to getting azeliac azid, niacinamid, and vitamin C in ONE serum instead of having to use three different ones as I do now.”
