October 2023, I started using an oil cleanser thinking it would magically solve the 3/4 pimples I had on my jawline. Not knowing it would create hundreds of closed comedones all over my cheeks, jawline and neck area. I was getting comments, people asking if I had some sort of allergic reaction and I felt so insecure. I never had to deal with acne or pimples a lot in my puberty so I had no idea how to solve it. When I found out it could be the oil cleanser, I started to look for ‘no bullshit’ skincare. And that is how I discovered Dr. Sam’s products. I started using the serum alongside the neutralising gell and I love this combination! I started using the serum in may this year and oh boy, I was not prepared for the purging. I use this product in the evening, instead of morning because it does pill under makeup. I also use half the amount the pump gives you every 2/3 days because I have very sensitive skin. After 6 weeks I had 5 new pimples every day, all those closed comedones that had to get out. It was scary, I felt like it was so much worse than before. But around the 8th week I finally started seeing results. At first the biggest thing you notice is texture, my cheeks were becoming smooth again! I felt it when cleansing and it was such a delight. Now we’re in september, 4 months later, and I still get a random pimple here and there but my oh my, am I pleased with the results. My skin is clear, all the redness from the pimples is almost gone and it has left no scars whatsoever. I couldn’t be more grateful. It works!! Just give it time!”

“I really like this serum. I only use it on my cheeks in the morning. Wish it cleared the redness more, but the redness was probably too far gone to recover with skin care only. I probably need a laser treatment. I do see a noticeable difference in texture though, so I'll keep using it.”
