I’ve been using Brightly for nearly a month and it will be a definite repurchase. I’d got fed up of layering serums and was finding harsher vit c serums too much, and I really wanted to get azelaic acid into my routine . I prefer niacinamide combined with other products so this ticked all the boxes. It’s a beautiful formula, I just use a light moisturiser over it then straight to sunscreen. I haven’t experienced any reaction other than a very slight tingle, and my complexion is better than when I was piling on many different actives. I wasn’t expecting instant results as for me this is long game skincare, but I feel like this is the perfect A.M. serum! I love the packaging style but it would be great to see it made sleeker if possible.

I noticed a difference after a few days of using this. I have sensitive skin and followed the guidelines of using every other daily and experienced no issues doing so.

Have only had Brightly for a couple of weeks and it’s a bit too early to see if it makes any difference. It stings a bit when it first goes on after cleansing and not sure if that’s normal? Am using just one pump, half a pump is not enough for my face, and using the product every other night. I have been using Nightly for nearly a year, and I like it, which is what led me to try Brightly. The only thing I dislike about all of the brand’s packaging is that you can’t see when the pot is nearly empty and time to order another and, no, I don’t want the subscription service. The other annoying factor is that you can’t get the lid off the serums to get the last dregs out so I am sure there is an element of waste in each pot and, equally, there’s no option to refill them. Working in the sustainability sector makes me very conscious of waste and single-use plastics and I can’t be alone in that.
