“Absolutely love this serum. 37 with hormonal acne and struggling to find products that soothe my skin but help with break outs. I’ve done A LOT of research and this includes all the ingredients I wanted to use and had tried in different formulations, but they always irritated my skin. This has been a game changer, I won’t be without it now, even though it’s more than I would usually spend on a skincare product.”

“I was using an American-made azelaic acid product (Paula's Choice 10% azelaic booster) for the better part of a year and it was… okay, but it wasn't giving me the results I wanted, it contained silicones, and its ingredients list didn't include bakuchiol or niacinamide. I decided to try Dr. Sam's 10% azelaic acid to see if it would be better, and oh my goodness I have nothing but good things to say about this product! The packaging, the formula, the effects — all flawless. I especially love that it comes in a pump for precise dispensing, whereas before I was using a tube product and therefore could never be sure I was getting the same amount day to day.
My only nitpick is that I don't like the shipping experience because it took about half a month to reach the USA and it was sent in a rather large box with lots of weird stringy black packing stuff that left dark dust on the bottle, so I hope Dr. Sam figures out how to send Brightly in a more compact parcel and with more elegant padding material. I'm not sure if it's possible or practical to speed up the five quid international shipping speed, though, so I don't fault her for that part at all.
Overall I'm very satisfied, and in fact I just subscribed to a recurring order of Brightly!”
“I had been using presctiption Azelaic Acid for a few months, and it's tricky. Amazing. But tricky. This, on the other hand, is just plain and simple and really good.
