Hi Lisa, we're sorry that you had this experience while using our products. It can take some time for the skin to adjust to new products, especially those containing the active ingredients found in our serums (such as retinoids). The key is to start using smaller amounts less often and build gradually. You can also apply the serums on top of freshly cleansed and moisturised skin (or just buffer dry areas with a moisturiser) then apply another layer of moisturiser on top of the serum. A layer of moisturiser before the serum can be a great way for your skin to adjust to a new product, however now that your skin appears sensitised we'd recommend pausing use of any actives and we've got in touch directly to provide further assistance.

We understand that some of the products in the kit may give the impression of being less than fully filled. However, we want to assure you that the volume of product in milliliters, as indicated on the packaging, is accurate for each tube. To comply with legal regulations, we are required to include comprehensive product information, usage instructions, and a complete ingredients list on each tube within the kit. This necessitated the tubes to be of a certain size to accommodate all mandated details. It's important to note that if used as directed, the trial kit is designed to last for approximately 1-2 weeks. We hope this explanation provides clarity.
