“Whilst the actual product is great, unfortunately the pump action container lets this product down significantly. The cream is great, coverage is lovely, but it's impossible to get out of the tube without removing the lid each time as the pump action doesn't work. First world problem but annoying considering the price point, and advice to use 6 pumps for adequate SPF coverage.”
Hi Lydia, thank you so much for this feedback, we're really sorry to hear about the issue you’ve experienced with the pump mechanism. It’s lovely to know you're enjoying the product and finding the coverage to your liking, but we completely understand how disappointing it is when the packaging doesn’t live up to expectations. We recommend squeezing the tube whilst expressing the pump at the same time, to eliminate any air. It should then work smoothly, as the pump will not express any product if there is air trapped here. Pushing the product towards the pump should also help the pump to work properly (like you would with toothpaste!) We appreciate that ease of use and accurate dosing are so important, particularly for SPF, and have got in touch directly to provide further assistance.

“This is the best tinted SPF I’ve used in my life! I have extremely sensitive combination skin with pustular rosacea, and this product is perfect for my skin. I look and feel 20 years younger wearing this product. Also, doesn’t sting my sensitive eyes which is a rarity!!”

“I love this. So glad I tried it. Iv stopped wearing foundation. It goes on quite dark but when rubbed in its lovely. Gives me a glow and makes my skin look great. Just use some concealer and I'm good to go”

“I use this on my face and the untinted on my neck/décolleté especially when wearing light garments. The tint 02 is incredibly flattering on my over 60 skin, it’s a one and done for me, perfect finish and I never need any foundation on top, maybe just a spot of bronzer/blusher and sometimes a bit of powder on the t-zone. My skin feels really calm and imperfections diminished. It’s quite ‘rich feeling’ but this works in my favour particularly with my sensitive dehydration prone skin. Never want to be without it.”

“I like this tinted moisturiser and that it is unfragranced. Very useful. Sometimes I add a bit of concealer or foundation over problem areas. Perfect.”
“Texture far too thick, it sits in fine lines. Tried mixing it with moisturiser but still had same results. Very disappointing. Won’t be purchasing it again.”
