Flawless Gossamer Tint SPF 50 Tint 01 Reviews

Let's start with the pros: There is barely any white cast for me, but I do have pale skin. Doesn't sting upon application like some sunscreens do for me. Very very sheer coverage, but still evens out skin slightly. The tint is good for me, but again I have very pale skin. The ingredients are very good. Cons: It is shiny, especially around my oily t-zone. Not dewy, but greasy looking! If you have very dry skin, this will probably suit you fine. The size and the price. Considering that you need to apply 6 pumps for 1 application, then top this up very 2 hours etc, it's just not going to last long at all. I wouldn't mind paying the money if the size was bigger. Also 6 pumps is way more than 2 finger tips/quarter teaspoons worth, so this confuses me slightly! I think this is a good sunscreen if you're by the pool, on the beach or at home. I personally wouldn't use it if I was going out for lunch or shopping etc as it's a little to shiny for me. I probably wouldn't re-purchase, unless it was bigger and cheaper.

I am normally not a fan of tinted sunscreens but this one is on another level. It sinks into the skin immediately and my skin looks smooth, hydrated and dewy. Better than any foundation.

I love and adore this SPF - it's non-drying, dewy, feels moisturising, doesn't pill. It ticks every box. HOWEVER 50ml feels like it is not going to last 5 minutes, especially if you're expected to apply 6 pumps multiple times a day. It would cost a fortune and will unfortunately put many people off discovering your amazing sunscreen. Please please please consider a 100ml version (and maybe make it a tiny bit more affordable?!)

This sunscreen is definitely not for me. My T zone is oily and this sunscreen is heavy for me, maybe because is with Shea butter and squalane and I believe that my skin still has a reaction because I still used and my skin doesn’t like it. Overall this is a great sunscreen in my opinion for people with dry, normal skin and a NO NO for people with combination and oily skin because I don’t think you would like to put on your skin an extra layer of shine. If you put this sunscreen on your back of your hands you can feel how hydrated is this sunscreen and heavy.

A must have! After using this I would never not be without SPF. A great texture and nice coverage ( I use tint 1)

Six pumps of this has replaced my moisturiser, SPF and make up in the mornings! I use it over brightly and find it moisturising enough in its own. I find the tint quite sheer and forgiving to blend. Adding more layers adds to the ‘skin perfecting’ finish rather than makeup style coverage. Another great product from dr Sam!

I got this in tint 1. I'm quite pale (nw20) but the tint is subtle so I think it would work on even paler or darker skin than me. I do 3 pumps and then another 3. It seems a lot but that's how much you need to get SPF50. At first it leaves my skin a bit too shiny but after a few minutes it all smushes in to my skin and leaves a really nice finish. You could put make-up over it and it does sit really nicely but mainly I just use a bit of bronzer and I'm good to go. Can't decide whether I prefer this to the normal sunscreen as they are both lovely. I choose depending whether I want to wear make-up or not. I have sensitive eyes and I put both sunscreens all over my eye area and neither of them cause me a problem. I thought I would mention that because other brands I've tried make my eyes sting and water but these are great.

Goes on really easily and leaves a nice glow. I tried the lighter tint as it was the only one in stock but am keen to try the darker shade.
