“This is the best sunscreen I have ever used. It sits beautifully over my skincare and doesn’t pill. It gives my skin a dewy finish rather than a greasy one which is what I have been searching for. Another fantastic product from Dr Sam.”
“When I first used this I couldn’t get on with it at all, as it’s really quite thick and leaves a bit of a lavender white cast on me (fair skin), and gets stuck in your eyebrows. However I persevered with it and started to really like it, despite the pump being really temperamental - I now have to squeeze the tube to get any air out whilst pumping it which is a bit tricky when you’ve not got much left.
But I’ve started using tret more frequently and so my skin is drier and just doesn’t seem to like this as much anymore - just makes my skin feel uneven and like there’s a film on it.
Maybe I’ll come back to it but for now my skin needs something a bit more hydrating”

I have a medium dark skintone with some Melasma. When first applied it does give a slight cast but settles after a few minutes. I reapply several times in the day so can become costly as only a small tube, hence only 4 stars.”
“I received this SPF today and it’s just beautiful. I wear SPF everyday but don’t enjoy it, it’s usually sticky, white and ruins my make up. I’ve been using the Dr Sam light moisturiser and Nightly serum, so as soon as my regular SPF was coming to an end I wanted to try this one. It was really lovely to apply and my make up went on like a dream. I am really impressed and happy with this product. I’m going to love applying my SPF each day!!”
“I used Tint 1 on my face and I loved it so decided to try untinted for my neck. It’s lovely, glides on beautifully and feels very moisturising. It doesn’t dry the skin out by the evening. When I tried it on my face, it leaves a very slight white cast so I needed to use a foundation over it. I’ll definitely repurchase it since it’s one of the best mineral sunscreens I’ve tried but I’ll keep it for my neck and use Tint 1 for my face.”

“I have rosacea & psoriasis prone skin (super reactive ) . I have tried for years to find a mineral sunscreen that would be protective and not cause any reactions . Other mineral sunscreens (tinted and non tinted ) were either too patchy on the skin , would cause breakouts , or would be too greasy and leave a white or grey cast . This one doesn’t do that . It blends in well for having no tint , keeps skin hydrated , protects , and it just feels great . I love that it is SPF 50. I would also love a sport (sweat and water resistant ) sunscreen version of gossamer so I can use it for days when I am outside being active. That would be perfect !”
